In few days we just by chance came across many failed registration, and did not know or got a notice only by chance. What is it all about failed?
What is the benefit of storing Data with zero content and misleading to misinterpretation?

Hi.

The data being stored are the page requests going from the event details page with selected tickets through the checkout. This data can be combined with your other analytics (e.g. page views, unique views, successful registrations, transactions, payments, etc.) to optimize your registration process.

For example, if you have a lot of failed registrations or incomplete transactions, you may decide to test the number of ticket options, or the length of your registration forms, or test another payment method, or add reCaptcha to your site to try and protect against robots, etc.

There is no one certain interpretation, but it’s data that is accessible for you to review.

I also believe that this data is being deleted every 7 days or so. If you want to extend or shorten the archive period I believe there is a filter for doing that.
