I would like to add wait list feature to my site, double check to make sure my paypal pro account is setup correctly and look to add other features to my site that would help me manage my after school courses.

Hi there,

You can redeem your support token by going to your account page, and there you’ll see a link to redeem your token. The link will take you to a form that you can complete so support staff can access your site.

re: the wait list feature, that’s currently in beta so we do not advise using the wait list feature on a live site just yet. We can review the PayPal Pro settings (it may help if you can include the PayPal Pro information in the support token form so we can verify).
