Toggling between events on home page

Hello – On our home page we have the events showing up – we have several pages of events. The problem we are having is that when you click on page two it causes the entire page to refresh and takes the user to the top of the page instead of just sliding over to the next event.

Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Sonja,

You can add some code to your theme’s functions.php file that will make it automatically scroll when viewing the paginated events on that page. Here’s an example of the code:

Hello – we entered this code in our theme’s functions.php file but it took the whole website down. We only see blank pages and can’t access the back end. Do you know why this would have happened and how do we fix it?

Did you copy the opening PHP tag from line one (it says to not do that, but if you did, that will bring the site down).
