Lets go through your questions.

Is it possible to sent tickets?

If you mean by email then yes´the tickets can either be downloaded via PDF or can be shown on a smartphone.

And are those tickets readable with an app?

Yes with the Ticketing add on (Business and Developer licence or separate purchase).

I would like to connect to ideal is that possible.

We currently offer only the iDEAL by Mollie iDEAL gateway.

Can we use those option in this license?

Gateway yes, ticketing no, you would need the Business or Developer licence or to purchase the add on separately.

Is it possible that the ticket bying customer is paying cash at the entrance?

You can set it up so that the purchaser can pay by check/money order or invoice which would work in a similar way, wording can be changed.

Can you give the costemer a choice of how to pay? Cash, ideal or PayPal?

Yes you can use more than one gateway ata time, the only current limitation is that each event cannot have different gateways.

WE think the personal license will be oke can you confirm that?

As per above, the Personal Licence on its own would not be sufficient, you would need he Business or Developer licence or to purchase the Personal Licence and Ticketing add on separately.

After one year, you can renew your license at a discounted rate, this is from the FAQ page:

The renewal price is based upon the package level you purchased. Generally, Personal license users receive 25% off their renewal, Business license users receive 35% off their renewal and Developer license users receive 50% off their renewal. These discounts also apply to additional addons that are purchased outside of a standard package. Early or on-time renewals will receive this significant discount; late renewals will not receive discounts which means it is much cheaper to keep your license current than to let it expire and you continue to receive support and upgrades.

There is a shortcode that can be placed on a page that will display the number of available tickets. If you take a look at the test drive demo, you’ll also see that the available spaces for each event displays on the list of events:

The actual price minus the discount. The value total is there for the purpose of comparing what it would actually cost if you were to purchase each add-on separately.
