Tickets not browser printable by registrants

I have had reports of registrants who have opened the ticket in a browser and being unable to print.

I am unable to reproduce this.

Is this most likely a local security setting in their local computer?

Is there some way to produce the ticket as a PDF?

Hi,

You could check with the user to find out which browser they were using. The following URL can be given to them which will assist with getting all the browser details sent to you:
https://supportdetails.com/

With regards to your questions: I’m unaware of a security setting that would prevent printing a web page, and Event Espresso does not provide a feature to convert the ticket to PDF. That said, you could look into adding a third party PDF conversion service like this one.
