Hiya, we have multiple cases where an account owner purchases several tickets. When they go to find that in their account, they can see their tickets, but not those of additional people. But if I manually resend the ticket notice email, all of them are attached. All other data about the tickets is correct rego / transaction history.

Hello,

How they’re checking there registration? Are you using shortcode [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS], Do they have account in your WP? and how was the account created? Is it created manually or through ticket purchase?

thanks

All ticket purchasers must have an account to purchase tickets. We use memberpress for the account details. The ticket part of that presentation shows the tickets for EE events. To my knowledge this is pulled directly from EE and so Im not sure about the question regarding short code as there have been no changes to that

The ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS section was designed to only show the registrations for the current user.

Since you plan to view additional ticket.

You might consider these two optio.

This will overwrite the default template and show all ticket purchase the primary registrant and its group

and this option will create multiple users on registratant

Hello,

You have to add that to your theme root directory. so if you’re using Twenty fith theme. You have to go to \wp-content\themes\twnty-fifth

If you add that file to your themes root directory, it should alter the output and show all ticket that was purchased by that that user.

thanks

OK. all good.. I created the folder and it works. thanks for that.

On a similar vein, there are instances when an event is not showing up in a person’s account when they have tickets / registrations for it. All the back end processing is occurring correctly ie registration / transaction, but is not shown in the event list of the person.

I realised I started another ticket 2 months ago with this question, and i can definitely say that the tickets are purchased in the person’s account, one example belongs to me, another earlier today also confirmed. However it’s not happening to everyone, just random people.
