When a customer buys a ticket, their invoice shows. I have the following questions 1) How can I show the printable ticket option Sherry |
Hi there Sherry, Based on your feedback, I think it would help to setup a free transactional email service like Sendgrid. We have a step by step guide here: https://gist.github.com/lorenzocaum/4677f472b012a5a88630 Could you please try that and let us know if it helps with the email notifications? — |

Lorenzo, I just bought a ticket my my site but never got a email notification that I bought a ticket? What am I doing wrond |
Hello again, Event Espresso does not send email notifications on its own. This may be affected by the local email server or they may be arriving to spam or junk mail. Please try a free transactional email service like Sendgrid to correct this issue: https://gist.github.com/lorenzocaum/4677f472b012a5a88630 More information on how Event Espresso handles email notifications is available here and I still recommend trying a transactional email service: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/ — |

Sounds good but still have a question though |
Hello, I recommend trying a free transactional email service. As I shared earlier, Event Espresso does not send out its own emails so something else is affecting the delivery of those emails. If you have a few minutes, then I recommend taking a look at the first part of this page so you have an overview of how Event Espresso handles emails: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/ — |
