Ticketing mobile app missing attendees

Hi there,

We’ve used the EE ticketing app (iPhone and iPad) with success several times, but gearing up for events this weekend and have noticed that the majority of attendees are NOT appearing on the attendee list in the app, but are appearing correctly in the database in WP. We’ve also tried searching for them within the app by first or last name and receive the “no attendee” message.

Not sure what could cause this to happen… no changes made recently.

Hi Jonathan,

If your event has more than 100 registrations or attendees, you can increase the limit settings with the API plugin’s settings from 100 to a larger number. Also, the apps have their own settings that will limit the number of attendees in the query. These can also be increased, please refer to this guide:
