Ticketing Add-on Not Found

We have a EE3 Business License and we’re trying to find the ticketing add-on for EE4. According to the add-ons page, we should have access to those add-ons for free and I’ve seen it before in the pre-release section. It’s not there anymore, nor is it in the Downloads section. Where can I download the add-on?
