Trying to understand how the ticket_launch url is adding a space to the string.
The ticket_link in the email to attendees is invalid. A space character appears before the attendee id, throwing the URL off by two digits. Here’s an example:
https://www.modernismweek.com/?ticket_launch=true&id%20726&r_ide0-51006b332d3b5&html=true
The actual link should be:
https://www.modernismweek.com/?ticket_launch=true&id=15726&r_id=650-51006b332d3b5&html=true
Can you provide insight and why this might be occurring?

Hi Davy,
I’ve seen that happen before where there was a plugin conflict, that had to do with the email editor. You might also check to see if that can be reproduced in a different email client.
