Ticket Validation and Promo Code

Is Event Espresso a good solution for the following scenario?
Client sells individual tickets to amusement park. The tickets must have a validation system to prevent duplicates (barcode, unique code, etc.) The client wishes to integrate promo codes with the ticketing solution. The promo codes need to be able to be produced and integrated into the solution in bulk (10,000+).

I don’t think Event Espresso will meet your needs, specifically around the promo code question you have. I can go into detail if you want?
