Hi,

I would like to be able to summarise the numbers of each ticket type purchased during a registration in the messages system.

I tried the TICKET_LIST shortcode and got something like this:

Early Bird Ticket
Dates/Times:

    February 5, 2016 9:00 am - February 6, 2016 5:00 pm

ClientName Special Pricing Ticket
Dates/Times:

    February 5, 2016 9:00 am - February 6, 2016 5:00 pm

Ideally I’d like the numbers of each type purchased to be summed. E.g.

Early Bird Ticket<strong> x 4</strong>
Dates/Times:

    February 5, 2016 9:00 am - February 6, 2016 5:00 pm

Client Special Pricing Ticket<strong> x 2</strong>
Dates/Times:

    February 5, 2016 9:00 am - February 6, 2016 5:00 pm

Any suggestions?

To give you the big picture, I want to parse the email in Zapier and this format would be ideal.

Hi Colin,

If you look within the available shortcodes for the ticket list, you’ll find the [TKT_QTY_PURCHASED] – http://take.ms/EfuIo

That will output something like this – http://take.ms/g1Wfi

Is that what you are looking for?

I thought I tried that – it looks like what I want but let me try again!

It also depends on the message context you are editing.

We sometimes see users editing the Event Admin context and then checking the Registrant context when received, so be sure you editing the correct one πŸ™‚

Great, yes I’ve made that mistake before πŸ™‚

Thanks, I’ve got this working now.
