Hi

I have just purchsed EE4 core and the ticket printing addon

Having installed both I cannot find the ticket template in the Event Espresso area

Can anyone help please

Hi Jon,

The tickets are within the message system.

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages.

You’ll find a ‘Ticket’ message type, you can edit click on the link to edit the global template (used for all events) or click to create a custom template on the right to create a custom template (usually for specific events)
