Ticket selector-required documentation/Responsive questions

My event ticket list includes selections that needs to be supported with either an uploaded document or a text entry. Is there a way to trigger those responses when a particular ticket is selected.
I would also like to know if the registration form allows for responsive questions. I.e., if a question is answered one way, additional questions pop up.
I’ve looked through the forums and can’t find an answer to either of these questions.

We don’t have conditional questions yet, but that feature has been started, but is still a far ways off.
