My ticket selector is not showing on my registration page. It was working properly yesterday but this morning I received two emails from customers unable to register for events. When I checked, the ticket selector is not displaying. Was there an update recently/yesteday?
I may be mistaken, because I’m only guessing about which site and which event this is about, but there appears to be a redirect set up. If you can provide some detailed information about this we can investigate further.
I certainly can Josh. I just subimitted a support token with the information necessary for you to go into my site and take a look. It should be noted that until today, my registration page would only display the ticket info. For some reason it is now showing event desriptions that are not even a part of my EE event setups.
I logged in and checked and it appears another plugin or the theme wiped out the rewrite rules. So that’s why there was a redirect to the other page.
When this type of thing happens, it’s an easy fix: You go to the WordPress dashboard’s Settings > Permalinks page. Simply visiting that page will refresh the site’s rewrite rules.
