Ticket Registration "Required Info" Error

Hello,

If you’re reading this, thank you. 🙂

I’m running EE4.decaf. In my event, when registering for an event ticket, I enter the personal information, but when clicking to Proceed to Payment, I receive a popup error saying that the First Name is required information.

Here are two screenshots. The first is how I’m filling out the information, the second is the error I receive. Notice that when I receive the error, it’s after a page refresh, and the information I entered is gone.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Ted,

There are usually two causes for that.

1) If you are using a web host that forces caching, then it will break registration checkout.

2) The other idea is a conflict with another plugin.

What happens if you test with only Event Espresso running?
