Ticket Price Over-ride

We have just upgraded to EE4 and are getting a feel for the new way of things. One thing we cannot seem to figure out how to do is to over-ride a ticket price per user. This is something we did on occasion before to apply a special customer discount. Is there still a way to do this?

Hi Kim,

The ticket prices can’t currently be adjusted through the transactions page. You can create a new registration for that registrant by going to the Events overview screen and hovering over the event name. Then click on registration.

At the top of the next page, you’ll see a button for Add New Registration. Click on that button and then enter the registrant information and finish up registration.

Once that has been created, you can go back to the registrations overview screen and cancel the original registration.
