I’m getting feedback from event attendees that they aren’t receiving ticket notice emails @msn and @hotmail email addresses.
I worked around it by downloading tickets as PDFs and sending it manually to the first questioner, but since I’ve received a couple more inquiries I wanted to seek assistance. Is there a setting I could be missing in my ticket notification, or do I need to manually send ticket notices?
May I ask about the other event attendees with email addresses from other services (not @msn and @hotmail email addresses), do get they get the Ticket Notice email? If so, then some email services may be blocking emails from your server. If that’s the case, then using a transactional email service will help ensure deliverability to everyone. I’ve been able to receive my tests fine on Gmail and haven’t had complaints from anyone using other email servers. Thanks for the resources, I’ll look into those.
