I’m getting feedback from event attendees that they aren’t receiving ticket notice emails @msn and @hotmail email addresses.
I worked around it by downloading tickets as PDFs and sending it manually to the first questioner, but since I’ve received a couple more inquiries I wanted to seek assistance. Is there a setting I could be missing in my ticket notification, or do I need to manually send ticket notices?
May I ask about the other event attendees with email addresses from other services (not @msn and @hotmail email addresses), do get they get the Ticket Notice email? If so, then some email services may be blocking emails from your server. If that’s the case, then using a transactional email service will help ensure deliverability to everyone.
