Ticket not working

I get the email that says print your tickets, then when I click on the link, this is the notice that pops up.

Your ticket(s) are not available because your registration(s) are not approved. If you think this is incorrect, please contact the site administrator.

When I go look at the status of the registration it is green and approved I do not understand why this is happening in the message section there is only a message notice there is nothing that shows message only.

Also, I want to know if the barcode or qr code will be on the ticket if not how do I get that on my ticket?
