Ticket Not Generating

Hi! Our participants are reporting that tickets are not being generated. They will click on the link and it will say “page not found”. It seems like the colon after https is missing and hence, the tickets are not being generated. It is updated to the most current version, but I saw an error message that I can’t remember what it was and can’t seem to find it any more.

Can you give more information about your problem. If you can send screenshot or recordings, we will be able to assist you more. You can use loom to record it.

When you say, ticket is not generating. Do you mean there’s problem as admin? creating event?
