Ticket not been email out

when i sign up on the site when i am doing test i get one mail

no Ticket comes in with no receipt

how can i fixs this ?

Hello,

The ticket is available as a link after registration checkout. There should be a link in an email after registration checkout.

Have you made any changes to the email templates in WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings?
