Thumbnails not uploading

When my customer adds an event and adds the main image and featured image for the thumbnail the thumbnail is not being added. It stopped working all of a sudden. They tried 6 different computers. The weird thing is that it works fine from my computer?

Any thoughts?

Hi Dorian,

Thanks for testing this out yourself. So the event description image works but the featured image is broken. Did your client mention if there were any errors appearing while trying to update the event?

Also, are they using a restricting WP User or do they have an admin login?

They did not get an error. They also have tried at different location, so unique IP addresses. And there are no restrictions.

Hi Dorian,

Can you go to yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php

*Change yoursite.com to the actual domain of the website.

Within that page find ‘image_default_link_type’ and see what is set in the field there. It should be set to ‘file’ like this – http://take.ms/KOjhn
