Hello,

I currently manage a website that utilizes Event Espresso and Authorize.net. I have not had any issues with the site as of recently with the exception of a issue with the quantity button on the ticket selector. I posted something on the discussion forum last week about that and that has been resolved.

Over the weekend we realized nom orders were coming in. I tried a transaction today and received the error “This registration step could not be completed. Please refresh the page and try again.”. I am not sure what the issue is. I temporarily removed the plugin that was created for the quantity issue and this still has not fixed the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Chris,

Can you post a link to an event page so we can take a look? We have your information you sent with the support token but it’s not clear where your event page with the ticket selector is.

Also, do you know what was changed on your website between the time of the last registration that completed on May 18th, and those registrations that did not complete starting on May 19th?
