'There were no custom questions asked for this registration'

I upgraded from EE3 to EE4 and I noticed that if I go check someones registration EE is not showing the custom questions that I set it up previously.

Questions are shown during the registration page, and also when I export the CSV file, but none have been showing on the registration details screen.

It says: “There were no custom questions asked for this registration.”

I went on each question group unmarked all questions, saved, marked them again, and saved again, but with no success.

Also, I tried adding a character to some questions to see if it would work and also nothing.

Last thing, all question groups are checked for this event.

Someone please, any idea?

Hi Luigi,

Are you using the latest version of Event Espresso 4? Currently 4.8.43.p

Is this only happening for ‘migrated’ registrations? (Registrations from EE3 that have been migrated to EE4)

If unsure can you add a new registration to one of your events and add some details within the questions and continue through the registration (you can stop at the payment options step if preferred)

Then look within Event Espresso -> Registrations to check if they show there.
