The logo does not appear in emails

The logo does not appear in email notifications. It is well inserted in the parameters in png. The short code is inserted correctly.

Can you add some screenshots of what you have in the template and the output from the email, please?

Is there an event I can register onto to view this?

Which email should I be looking at?

I’ve checked your Registration Approved message type and the event admin context has a logo, the Registrant context does not.

That’s using the [CO_LOGO] shortcode which already wraps the link in an img tag.

Have you recently changed your logo file? Some of the emails are using a valid img URL, newer images are using a URL to an image that does not exist.

I did some digging into this and the [CO_LOGO] shortcode pulls the value directly from the EE config object, I wanted to take a look over the previous emails to see if anything else stood out but it looks like those have been removed so I can’t.

Are you still running into an issue with the image or is it working for you now?
