Hi,
I wonder why my Thank You page does not get updated with the Paypal Payment Confirmation info after a customer makes the payment? Can you please help?
The event registrant list is update indicating that my customer has paid and the customer gets the payment confirmation email. It’s just the Thank You page that does not get updated.

Just to confirm the user is shown the thank-you page with an incomplete/pending payment status, but their actual registration shows as complete?
My answer (new): YES
Unfortunately we are seeing delays with Paypal IPN’s more often with Paypal.
It appears the user is being directed back to the site BEFORE the IPN has been sent from Paypal and received by your site. So what happens is the user is sent back from your site by Paypal (Event Espresso is waiting for the IPN to update the payment) the users loads up the thank-you page (which shows incomplete) then the site receives the IPN & EE updates the payment status, but by this time the user has already loaded the thank-you page.
If the user then refreshes the page the status will show Complete.
Unfortunately as the IPN is sent via Paypals server we have no control over how long this takes. You could try install the Simplified Transactions Page Template, sometimes the theme can cause a delay loading the transaction page, this removes that which may help.
