Hi,

I am writing this on behalf of my client. I have used my licensed version of EE3 to create my clients prototype website in EE3. My client has just purchased an EE4 licence as I thought I would also have access to EE3 to perform the upgrade. It looks I don’t. What is the best way round this?

Hi Dave,

I’m happy to help you with this.

Our EE3 license does include access to the EE4 files but not the other way around. We can help your client get the EE3 license instead of the EE4 one. I have emailed you some more information.
