System Error

Users are getting a system error when they attempt to register for events. “Sorry, there was a security error and your registration was not saved.”

The system was working fine last night, but now we are having some issues and it isn’t on all classes. It also seems to be an issue more prevalent with IE.

Hi Rob,

Is there a caching plugin installed on your site? If so, you will need to add Event Espresso’s pages to the caching plugin’s “Do not cache” list. In most cases you’ll find a “Do not cache these pages” option in the caching plugin’s advanced settings.
