Hey there!
Currently with EE4, new registrations / attendees can type in their credit card info or pay via PayPal. I am wondering if there is some add-on that allows attendees to simply swipe their credit card on-site, the day of an event?
I apologize if I am unclear in my asking.

Hi there,
Currently, we do not have any add-ons that will allow you to swipe a card for payment.
To pay at the event itself you will need to register the users on the front end and have them enter their card details to complete payment, pretty much the same way they would at home. Another option is to add the attendee in the admin, however, we don’t support admin payments so you would still need to visit the front end to complete the payment (meaning you may as well do it all from the frontend).

Hi,
One thing to keep in mind about inputting credit cards is if you’re using iPads or similar devices, the mobile browser will include a “Scan Credit Card” input option with the billing form. It looks like this screenshot:
