Surcharge no showing up in 'Show Details'

Hi,

I have a strange problem – when I add the surcharge on any ticket, it shows perfectly on the final price on Checkout Page, but when someone clicks the show details link, it shows the taxes, but no surcharge. In the show details, it shows only the price of the ticket.

Can someone please help?

What is more interesting is the fact that when I am changing the Dollar Surcharge to Percentage Surcharge, it is showing properly.

The issue reported in this thread has been fixed in the latest release, Event Espresso 4.3.1.p.

Hi,

If you are not already running 4.3.1, then yes please back up and update. The issue you advised us of should be resolved now.

Hi,

Whenever I am trying to upgrade to the latest version, I am getting this error:

An error occurred while updating Event Espresso: Update package not available.

Please help.

Hi,

That’s odd. I ran a quick test on updating and it seemed to work fine.

You could download the latest version of the plugin from your account page and update manually.

Hey Dean, I do not know how to update manually. Please give me a solution so that I can update automatically from the plugin page. Right now my license key is showing red and is not allowing me to upgrade.

I even tried clearing off the license key field and repasting but it would not work.

Your license key has been reset.

Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the license key (cut) and save the settings, replace the license key (paste) and save the settings once more.

Be sure to check for any white space before/after the key when pasting.
