I am trying to buy a support token. I really need to get Authorize.net and Infusionsoft working. Your support token payment process is not working. Unable to connect to server.

In Authorize:
I have added my thank-you page URL to Response/receipt and relay settings
I have verified my credentials
I have a valid SSL Certificate
I get ERROR 14 when trying to go from the checkout page in the registration process to the payment.

Infusionsoft:
I need for only paid registrations to be pulled into Infusionsoft. You gave me code to add to a “Child Theme” or site specific plugin. I am not a developer, I don’t know what that means, can I get more specific direction?

Also – you told me that events would be marked approved upon completion of payment. I have 2 instances where unpaid registrations were marked approved. I have the default registration status set to pending payment.

Finally, is there a way in Infusionsoft to pull the event date into a custom field in Infusionsoft?

Or is there a way to apply different tags based on the Registration Status?

Hello,

I looked at our store and I’ve seen several purchases come through within the past hour.

Could you give this another try?

Here is feedback on your existing questions.

On your comments on the relay settings, that is for Authorizenet SIM but you have a valid SSL certificate. In this case, I recommend setting up Authorizenet AIM which is onsite:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/authorize-net-aim-payment-gateway/#setup

That will provide a better experience since your registrants/attendees won’t be taken to another site to pay.

We’ll never ask you to edit the core plugin for Event Espresso. If we share a customization, then it can be safely added to a child theme’s functions.php file or a site specific plugin. Here is how to create a site specific plugin:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-site-specific-plugin-wordpress-site/

By default a paid registration would receive a status of registration approved. However, it is possible to have an unpaid registration and then click the button on the registration details screen to change it.

I’ll need to check with a team member on the custom field question.

AIM is not available for EE4. I used SIM so I wouldn’t need and SSL. I bought the SSL because all the forums recommended it. Can I just get AIM somehow?

Oops. My bad. Found it

Now I get “This transaction cannot be accepted, code 103”

And also, can we get rid of the line that says “Automatic card filling is turned off because this form does not use a secure connection”??? Isn’t hat what the SSL is for? Or tell me how to make the SIM work. I just need this to work securely and today.

Hi, here are the steps to get Authorizenet running.

Go ahead and switch to Authorizenet AIM. It is part of the core plugin:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/authorize-net-aim-payment-gateway/#setup

Next, there is a problem with your credentials (https://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A852). Please regenerate the transaction key and then carefully copy the API Login ID and transaction key into the payment settings page for Authorizenet AIM for Event Espresso within your WP dashboard.

This link has information on the credentials.

https://www.authorize.net/support/CP/helpfiles/Account/Settings/Security_Settings/General_Settings/API_Login_ID_and_Transaction_Key.htm

Afterwards, secure your registration checkout page AND your WP dashboard by using a free plugin like WP HTTPS:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-sslhttps/

The following isn’t from Event Espresso but should resolve itself once the steps above have been completed:

Automatic card filling is turned off because this form does not use a secure connection

Thanks

Lorenzo
