Support Token?

I purchased a support token, and went to the form to fill out and it says that I need to purchase a support token.
Can someone help me out with how to use the support tokens? I am logged in, it says I have paid $70 for 30 min of support, but I can’t seem to get to the place where the support happens. Ack!
