Hi. I bought a support license in Sept. 2014 and it is active and in my “key” under Settings. When I log in to the eventespresso.com site, the support token shown is different than the one on my site and I am not able to download any add ons. I really need the json plug in for my site as our event is in two days and I can’t scan tickets without it.
If you purchased EE whilst logged into that account the license will be applied to that account.
The support post ‘Support License on site is active, but in ee.com account, it is different key’ is closed to new replies.
