Support License on site is active, but in ee.com account, it is different key

Hi. I bought a support license in Sept. 2014 and it is active and in my “key” under Settings. When I log in to the eventespresso.com site, the support token shown is different than the one on my site and I am not able to download any add ons. I really need the json plug in for my site as our event is in two days and I can’t scan tickets without it.

Hi jmichel,

I searched our system and found another account linked to the same domain.

https://eventespresso.com/users/jmichel2/

If you purchased EE whilst logged into that account the license will be applied to that account.
