Support License Key Issue

We are getting the following error: “You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”

I read another post that the key needs reset. Is that issue?

Hi Kelly,

Your support license key was reset and you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly. Follow the steps in the email to reactivate it.
