Support License Key Invalid

Hi, we recently upgraded from Expresso and installed the regular core on our site. However, now we are not getting autoupdates on our website here: https://floridaabolitionist.org/
However, auto updates of plugins don’t work as it states the key is invalid. I’ve saved in General Settings, I’ve tried removing it, saving, adding it again and saving but nothing works.
The key states it’s active on our website.
How can I get this resolved so I can get auto updates back?

Hi there,

I have reset your license key.

If you nagivate to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the key from license field and save the settings.

Copy the key from your account page and paste it within the license key field (check for whitespace before/after the key) and save the settings once again.

That should re-assign your key and allow the updates.

Thanks. That worked. The key still does not display in the field, but I can update the plugin from the Network plugin page

Hello,

If this is a multi-site installation of WP, then may need to manually update as the support license key may not save correctly.
