I am receiving this message on WP:
“Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.”

I don’t know what multiple domains you are referring to; I only have paid espresso on one domain.

Hi Cindy,

It looks like you recently changed your sites domain to use all lower case letters, it that correct?

That triggered the domain check on your account and threw the notice. I have now reset your license key and you will receive instructions via email on how to reassign it.

Yes! Thank-you :). I had to do that due to the recent WP upgrade 4.4.1. It resulted in putting my domain/website into a loop, keeping it from loading. Was glad to stumble upon the simple fix! Amazing how one thing leads to another. Cheers, Cindy

Also just to note we’ve made a slight adjustment to our license system which should prevent the same happening again (if you ever change the capitalization of the domain again)
