Support License Key (6)

Hi,

We’ve been trying to update to EE4 on wordpress, but keep running into this error: “An automatic update for Espresso Ticketing is available but your Support License Key is invalid.”

We followed the steps received when we purchased the new license key but EE still isnt working. I noticed on the WP login site, it has a different license key. Do i need to change this one as weel? If so, how do i do that?

Hi Marcelle,

Have you purchased a support/update license for Event Espresso? The account you are currently logged into does not have a valid license.

If you have recently purchase a license please use this form:

https://eventespresso.com/contact/

Select Sales/Billing question and provide your details, a member of out sales team will contact you shortly.
