Support License invalid even though the site only moved hosts, not domains

Hi,

I’m getting:
A new version of Event Espresso is available. View What’s New with version 4.6.17.p. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

Along with a Red Key next to my Support License Key. I moved this WP from an Amazon EC2 AMI to Amazon EC2 Ubuntu. The domain name and site setup remain the same. Not sure why the support key isn’t recognized now.

Hi,

I’ve rest the licence key, you will get a follow up email. Please advise if this does not resolve the issue.

Hi Dean, this happened again, and nothing on our end has changed save for the addition of a bunch of events and a theme change. Any ideas? Thanks again.

Hi, try re-applying the support license key again. If it fails, then we’ll create a new one.
