Support License (5)

I purchased a developers license with 5 licenses for EE4. Now when i installed my second plugin, it is telling me that i only get support and updates for one domain. Please explain how i get access to ALL my license keys so that I can get support and updates for this new site too.

Hi Ruth,

The developer license include 5 separate license keys, each of those keys can be used on a single site. If you take a look at your account page you’ll find a list of all of your license keys you can use.

It looks like you have used the same key within 2 sites which will cause the error mentioned above. I will reset your license key now.

One site 1.

Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the license key (cut) and save the settings, replace the license key (paste – be sure to check for any white space before/after the key when pasting) and save the settings once more.

Repeat this for site 2, only do not paste the same key back, but another from your license keys and save the settings.

This should allow you to update on both sites.

I should note we have noticed an increase in these notices appearing for users incorrectly and are investigating this currently. Event Espresso will continue to work as normal (other than the auto updates) whilst the notice is shown, just let us know if this happens and we will reset your license key’s.
