I renewed support license but I don’t have the one click upgrade on my website.

Hi there,

I checked and it looks like the key that’s attached to your account isn’t validating. I’ve given you a new API key that you can set in Event Espresso>General Settings. You’ll need to remove the old key that’s there first, then save the General Settings screen twice to clear the old one out before you enter the new key.

I copied the new key but it doesn’t show active in my account.

James, will you be sure that there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the license key?
