Hi, 1. Support Key 2. Event Date Status: Thanks |
Hi Phil, I have reset your license key, please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Remove the license key (cut), update the settings, replace the license key (paste) and then update the settings once more. Regarding the event date changing, the latest version of Event Espresso (currently 4.2.3) has a fix for this so once you update that should be resolved. |

G’day Tony, Trust that is understood!! many thanks |
Hi Phil, Sound like a timezone issue. If you go to Dashboard -> Settings -> General. Take a look within there and tell me what that sites Timezone is set to please. Does it match your timezone? |

G’day Tony, On our website settings it is set to “Sydney” time (Australia) There is a 10 hour difference between the time I input and the time that is then displayed, and each time I update thereafter, a 10 hour difference! Phil Priest |

Tony, Chris just suggested I change our WP setting to UTC+10, rather than “Sydney”, and it seems to have worked. Phil |
Hi Phil, That might be another plugin conflicting. There’s a PHP function called date_default_timezone_set(), and if there’s a plugin installed on the site that’s using this function, it may affect Event Espresso’s timestamps. |
