Hi there,

Have you installed the Event Espresso plugin itself?

If not, go to your account page.

Click to download Event Espresso 4 Core Regular v5.0.15.p and save the .zip on your machine.

On the site go to Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin.

Select the above zip, install and activate.

Then to input your license key go to Dashboard -> Event Espresso -> General Settings.
