Support Key and Tokens

Hi guys,
I’m trying to figure out what we need to do with the support key on our website. We only have one key activated right now, and it’s currently activated for a staging server that’s not longer in use. Do I request a reset and then re-assign it?

Also, we’d like to purchase a priority support token, but I was having trouble finding the link to do so.

Found the support tokens.

Hi Tracy,

You can request a key reset from your account page (you can skip the part where it asks you to pay, we’ll reset the key for free). Please be sure to remove the key from the old site before you do the reset.

You can also redeem your support token by clicking the link that says “Redeem your support token” on your account page, then fill out the form there.
