Subscribed to EE3, do I download EE4 also?

I subscribed to the EE3 Business version (new Install), On my account in the Quick Links there are also the Event Espresso 4 core regular bubble, do I download that plugin as well? It seemed like I was supposed to download all the plugins on my account but when I uploaded and activated the 4 core plugin my WP-Admin page and whole site turned white and I can’t do anything now…website is artfullytipsy.com

Hi Marianna,

EE4 is basically the ‘next generation’ of Event Espresso and is included with any EE3 license whilst in Beta.

You can not have both EE3 and EE4 activated at the same time, which is why you are currently seeing a white screen.

To fix this you’ll need FTP access to the site, navigate to wp-content/plugins/ and rename the event-espress-core-reg directory to something else, such as ‘event-espresso-core-reg-temp’ this will deactivate EE4 and allow you to access the admin once again.
