Hello. We’re having problems with attendees being able to make payments. This just started today as it was working yesterday. We use Stripe and have disconnected and reconnected a couple times and that doesn’t seem to help. The following error comes up when you select the credit card method of payment: “There seems to be a problem with the payment method configuration. Please refresh the page or contact support.”
I’ve just tried to register onto an event to view this but looks like your events require pre-approval, can you please approve my registration or create a new test event I can use to test registrations and post the link here?
You can set it to be password protected to prevent others from registering, just post the password here.
