Stripe Payment Gateway and Events espresso

We are using Stripe to take payment. The payment is taken, but the user is presented with the message “Registration step could not be completed – Please refresh the page and try again”.

When they do refresh the page, the process is completed.

The first thing to do is activate WP_DEBUG logging mode, which is outlined here:

Then test a registration with payment, then you’ll capture a more specific error message in a file. That file will be located in your site’s wp-content folder, its name will be debug.log. You can check that file after running a test and we’ll go from there.
