Dear sirs
We work with EE since years.
Yesterday the site neudikids.ch was complete down, because of a plugin eea-pricing.php
I had to deinstall all plungins to find out that this one is not working. Anyway, there is now a new problem…
The plugin “stripe” for Eventespresso is installed and activated. But there is no stripe in the “payment methods” of eventespresso to use. It’s just authorize.net, bank, invoice and 3 different paypal methods.
Could you please check what’s the problem?

Did you update Event Espresso itself and then this happened?
Are you running the latest version of the Price Modifier add-on? (Its not an add-on we provide support for but I know there has been a recent update to make it work with EE version 5+

Which specific version of the Stripe payment method add-on are you using?

Thanks for your reply.
Today, I can see the following notice in the backend:
“The payment method Stripe was automaticAlley deactivated because it appears its associated Event Espresso Addon was recently deactivated.
It can be reactivated on the Plugins admin page, then you can reactivate the payment method.”
Installed & Activated are:
Event Espresso – Stripe Gateway (EE 4.6.0+)
WooCommerce Stripe-Gateway

Hi Christina,
For some reason the Stripe payment method capability was not added to the admin account so I’ve reset the capabilities and Stripe now shows up.
