On our site, parents can buy different childeren party’s like a “Glamour photo party”, “Beauty Party” and so on. These party’s can have diffenrent dates, times, max number of childeren.

I want to realize the following: http://www.ballorig.nl/reserveren. It’s a step by step reservation module.

Step 1: Who’s birthday? (Gender, Birthdate, Name). Multiple birthdays possible.

Step 2: What kind of party, date, time, number of kids, number of parents, special wishes, extra options (checkboxes)

Step 3: Name, e-mail and so on

If someone orders a party for a certain date and time, it must be blocked so nobody else can make the same reservation. It possible to have different party’s on the same date and time, just not the same party. It must also be possible to close certain dates/times by hand.

Here ‘s my question: Is this possible with Event Espresso?

Many thanks in advance

Hi Norma,

This could be done but you would need to create an event for each party and time and then set the quantity available to 1. Here is the registration flow for Event Espresso 4:

Registrant/attendee browses to an event –> Selects a ticket option –> Completes registration checkout (i.e. attendee information and payments are collected).

Hi Lorenzo,

Thanks for your quick reply.

Your solution sounds like a lot of work. We offer 8 different kind of party’s, every day between 10:00 and 17:00.

Is it possible to add these events in some kind of bulk mode?

Thanks again!

The closest option would be the duplicate button. However, that could duplicate one event at a time.

A bookings / appointments plugin may be a better fit for your project.
