We have some people who are paying their registrations by check. When we enter the check info in their registration, their status moves from pending to approved. Is there a way to automatically send them an update on their status?

Hi there,

When you apply the check payment to the transaction it will give you the option to trigger messages, like this – https://monosnap.com/file/HgBeKcXcukzfCyYDkPAiTHhadoCRbF

Clicking the ‘Registration Messages’ checkbox will trigger the registration emails, in your example, that will be the ‘Registration Approved’ message.
